John CARNELL - Honiton Devon

Hi

I'm looking for any info on John Carnell born c1853, he is my gx3 grandfather.

I can find him on the 1901 Census:

As you can see the wife's name is different in each, but both are from Birmingham, so I guess it's an error somewhere.

I would love to find out the marriage details of John, or any census pre 1891 ... well basically anything!
