Johanna Sweney born Waterford circa 1823

My GG grandmother Johanna Sweney was born in Waterford circa 1823. I can not find out any information about her life in Ireland can you help? I know she came to England and married James West who was born Sussex circa 1817. I cant find out when or where she married James who was at that time a Royal Marine. They had 4 children the 1st James born in Portsmouth in 1848 and the last Henry born Devonport in 1860. You can see James Royal Marine connection with sons born in Portsmouth and Devonport. Johanna died in 1905 in Gosport. All the information I can find is through the English Census & BDM records. Regards
