west Acre PR
« on: Wednesday 12 December 07 19:56 GMT (UK) »
Hi
I am hunting for the marriage of Samuel Edwards (born 1844-ish) to Emma as I imagine they married in the wife's parish which was West Acre. Their first child was born in 1866 so I presume a date of 2 or 3 years before that.
Can anyone help?
Cheers
Woozle

Hi Tati, Hi Ricky.
I do so love this website. Thanks for your help. ;D :)
My aged mum has spent years looking for this info, gave up and passed everything on to me. I Discovered rootshat a couple of days ago and I though I'd have a go at what she had been researching  using paper copy and trailing up to London everytime.
On her notes she has Grass underlined and with Q-marks. I remember talking to her about it a few years ago. She is going to be so thrilled. Thanks again.
Tati, if you could give me the details of the 1881 for East Walton I'd be most obliged.
Thanks both of you
Regards
Woozle
