Found the entry in Walkern PRs for the marriage. ...
Alfred HART 25 bach of Walkern Village father Benjamin HART (dec) Labourer and Henrietta HOCKABIA 23 spinster of Walkern Village father Robert HOCKABIA (dec) Mason were married 30Nov1889. Witnesses Thomas COX and Ellen WARNER. 
Henrietta's signature is crystal clear - HOCKABIA.

Now have copy of marriage cert and can confirm that father is entered as Robert Hockabia(dec) occupation mason.Thanks to all.
Mainly researching the Lees from Herts but also compiling a one name study of Culverhouse
