I trhink there used to a free failry recent electoral roll search

Was this b4usearch, that is no currently taking any electoral roll searches.
I only have on query , and I know the area, it would not need to be too recent as he's been there a few years.  I recall there was a site you could check this out on

 Legislation was enacted to Electoral Rolls published after 16th November 2001.  that  resulted in two Electoral Rolls - the full version and the edited version. The full Electoral Roll can be used only for electoral and credit reference purposes. The edited version is available to any company for any purpose but excludes those people who opt-out of having their information sold to third
parties. So if he opted out then he will not be listed.
