In 1861 living in Eynsham Oxon was John Limming 37 b Brill, wife Hannah 34 b Wootton Berks, and daughters Rose 6 b Wootton and Mary 2 b Eynsham.

As he was born pre 1837 you're unlikely to get his birth date. If you check Brill parish register you may get his baptism. Unfortunately Brill parish register doesn't seem as if it's been extracted onto the IGI
