The 1891 William Miller was the son in law of Zachariah Miller so we need to find a Miller/Miller or Miller/Cornish marriage as this is the 1881 entry so it was a second marriage for Ann

Unless ............  She was 12 in 1881 - married 1884 - aged 15?? or possibly JUST 16
