Only thing I can add at moment is a submitted entry.
 Thomas Cassidy abt 1780 Wicklow.

You have wife Mary Wiiliams c1786 England. ( at least not Wales  ;D )
That Rosetta (1831) Married Arthur Langworthy

There is a Anna M Cassidy 15/12/1842 C.I. (batch 0184244)

William F Cassidy (1838) C.I.  married Emma Kirby (1847) in 1896 Perth, Ontario. (Sub: enrty)

That's about it, so far..........  :'(  ;)

Possible sighting of Thomas's mother Mary in St Helier, Jersey in 1841, with 2 daughters.
Thomas, Catherine and family found in 1851 in St Helier, Jersey.
Catherine a widow in 1861 census in St Helier, Jersey.

in 1841 ..where Thomas' mum, Mary Cassidy , 55 is with her daughters Mary,25 and Margaret, 15 it says that Mary , mum, is born England... is this right?  Doesn't she seem a bit young to be having Thomas b 1801?  arrghhh age rounded down , I suppose...

I am not being any help here  ::) :-\
