hi
i have just recived a marriage certificate for
mary e, mullan  married james doherty in 1919 st eugenes cathedral, derry
mary's father was called charles mullan and they lived at 39 lower road derry
james doherty's father was called neil doherty and they lived at 97 william street derry,
the witnesses were
john doherty and hessie irwin.
mary and james were both down as full age when they married,
would there be anyway i could find out more about these familys.
mary was down as working in a laundry and james and both fathers were labourers,
any help would be welcome

Hello Patricia,

You could try a letter to the editor of the Belfast Telegraph and one to the Derry Journal to see if you can get a response to anyone connected with the families mentioned in your post.
