In 1861 the above family consists of Joshua, Mary, John, Elizabeth and Grace so it looks as though Louisa is the correct one. Maybe grandparent just put down wrong birthplace.

Well I had marriage for Mary Jowett to Joshua Marriott but guess they weren't dead in 1861 were they! She must have been just staying with grandmother.
