We prepare Wills and do Probate at the office, once I get back to the office this week I will look into the regulations.

Why shouldn't you pay for information?

It is not a question of sucking money out of people, if the information is important to you you should be pleased to pay for it.

Why is everyone these days wanting everything for nothing.

Sorry DM if you don't have any useful information to add, I would prefer you didn't answer my queries - and please try to understand what is said - No-one  is objecting to paying - I simply object to paying the BANKS alot of money to change my dollars into pounds.  For most of my British requirements I can pay by credit card which is very useful. I have all the information I need to follow up my query
