Now I'm puzzled because after viewing the 1881 .. it's made me quite unsure. The enumerator has definately written Amy .. ..

Hi

Just been looking for Ellam's and I came across this old request for information on George William Ellam.
I have several baptisms, marriages and burials for his family at Clayton West & High Hoyland.

The baptisms are William Reginald Ellam, bap 13 Dec 1921; George Roland Ellam born 2 Aug 1908 bap; Jessie Ellam, born 8 Feb 1916; and Numa Ellam born 19 Jun 1919 the last three baptised 8 Nov 1929 and the children of George Willaim & Annie Ellam nee Healey.

I think they also had a Ivy Ellam born 1900? and Violetta Ellam born 1902? and James Arnold born 1912? but he died age 8 month and was buried 220 Aug 1912.

Annie Ellam died age 69 and was buried 15 Feb 1947 and George William Ellam died age 78 and was buried 1952.

Regards
John
