I couldn't find any WILLIAMS families, but in the 1861 census St Katherines Road is in St Mary Abbotts Kensington, Ecclesiastical Parish: St James, Kensington, London

Wynn & Wynne, in the Rhosllanerchrugog, Ponciau, Aberderfyn, Brymbo, Moss, Pentre Broughton, Bersham, Coed Poeth, Talwrn, Adwyrclawdd areas between Wrexham and Ruabon.

My maternal great grandfather, Enoch Jones,  lived with his 1st wife (Tryphena) at 53 St Catherines Road, Kensington. That's the address given on her death certificate dated 26 July 1883.
