Hi Celia

Poor Gadget has suffered a severe attack of the vapours but has asked me, her stand in, to put this up.

Here is a snippet from the entry in the register for your typed cert:

Gadget<dot>  ;D ;D ;D

PS She told me to tell you that this was 6 units but if you can understand what it says, then you get a free sub to AVG  :D :D :D

Ps - send me your e-mail and I'll send you the full entry  :)

Well you can see how it got mistranscribed.  I would have read it as Sancon.  Good job I'm not a transcriber.  Is there a reason why they don't send photocopies of the original?  Surely that would be the best thing to do.

I'm still trying to transcribe my husband's writing and we've been married for over 30 years.  The chemist used to read his love letters to me.   ;D

Welll  ::) ::) ::)

If you look at it ever so carefully (and know what it's supposed to be), The S in M.S (maiden surname) is different from the first letter of the surname. This has a loop so it could well be an L and then it is possible to see Lawson there somewhere  ::) ::) ::)

Gadget <dot>

Very kind of you to do this Gadget - always nice to see the resolution -  it seems an image of a certificate for  6 credits (which is about $3 in my world) is a much better buy than the actual certificate for much more - must remember to not buy certificates  :)
