I have been looking for the following person on the 1861 Census for Norwich, but seem to have trouble finding him, i have found his sisters and father and step brother and step sister on the 1861 census at the following....

If anyone can help me find the person below on the 1861 Census for this area, or elsewhere i would be very happy..
William Henry Moore age approx 17yrs Born Van Demains Land ( Tasmania )
we are 100 percent he is back in the UK
