Can I put some writing on here from a PDF

Help!

I don't think I can put something in PDF form on here - is that correct?

Hi, not sure if there is a better way but this is how i get round the problem for post on here.

PDF files to J-PEG’S



First this to do is print this off so you can read this and work on your picture/file at the same time.

1)   Open your Adobe/PDF file.
2)   Right click and save the page or section or copy image.
3)   Now open your paint program.
4)   Got to edit and paste your file there.
5)   Make slight alteration to the picture/file. Put a dot so any thing will do.
6)   Now click on the X on the top right and close the window.
7)   It will now open a new smaller window with your picture/file in it.
8  )   It will have save as on it.
9)   Go to section on it where it says File Name and give it a name
10)   Then just below that it will say “ save as type” this should be a 24-bit Bitmap (*bmp,*dip)
11)   Click on the drop down menu and go and click on Jpeg
12)   Then click on the save
13)    There you go you should have converted it from PDF to JPEG
14)   Next if you need to resize  the picture or file to put on a web site or on a post , I have made a second sheet out , ON HOW TO RESIZE .

Being an ignoramus when it comes to Techie things I went for Molly's version on the other thread and it worked!
