Hi Jan,

There are no extra details to the Hexton baptism and burial entries, except that I feel Sarah's surname should be GODFREY.

The 1787 marriage entry is Joseph GODFREY of the parish of Offley and Mary CUMBERLAND of this parish were married by Banns on the 5th day of January 1787.  Witnesses Geo.Woodfield (Church Official) and James MENNCARD (?)

Regards   ...   Peter

Thank you Peter - the marriage says just what I was hoping for, namely Joseph was 'of Offley'. Fantastic ;D
