Hi new to this site, did a search on google for my grandmother and found that JaneD was looking for my branch of the family.  She hasn't posted since Feb 2007, have sent her a PM but was wondering if she would get an email to her personal email address telling her I have some info.  I've used another site and was sent an email by someone and was never informed until I logged into it. Does the same thing happen here and if so does anyone know her?

Hi Helly1 and welcome to RootsChat

The option to get an email on receipt of a pm exists - some folks turn it off - so hopefully JaneD has not done this. I know nothing about this user so cannot help in that regard
