Sarah's birth is on the IGI but nothing for the others (I did a parent search against Isaac and Ann)

there is also this submitted entry marriage - possibly son of Isaac & Ann

yes i had picked up sarah details from IGI

isaac 1780 is on 1841 census ( as mentioned earlier)

is there any way of find out more about the silk weavers in Norwich

 just Ann and daughter Sarah are on 1851 census

and i also have issac 1816( son) and rebecca with 1 son william on 1841,1851 Census but not found their    marriage

Before you start researching on that basis and without any firm evidence - I would strongly recommend you buy a copy of John's marriage certificate and actually confirm that his father was Isaac.  If it was a different Seeley family - you may waste an awful lot of time going down the wrong track
