and 60 year old EDWARD is married to Harriett!

  :)If you go to googles and put in emma sketchley you will see that Emma was married  to Edward in 1871 and not John. I have all 1871 census from there and followed them by puting the numbers in from them and it takes you to other places were they lived and who they married

and, according to the censuses THIS is the Emma who is bn MArkfied, and is 33 in the 1871 census, living at Barrow Street, Quorndon.
Meanwhile 60 yr old Edward with his wife HArriett are living at Braddon Wood, Quorndon.


I just cannot see where you are getting your information from. I would suggest that you look at the census images yourself.
