No townlands in County Londonderry called Ballybrack or Blackrock but could be a name for an area and not the actual townland name. There is an area called Blackrock at Boveedy, near Kilrea.
Any more clues that might help find the place you are looking for?

there is a Ballybrack townland on the Inishowen peninsula in County Donegal see Number 40 on this link : http://www.movilleinishowen.com/travel/moville_townlands.htm

There is also a Ballybrack townland in the north east corner of County Antrim, near Cushendall.

A townland called Blackrock, of only 9 acres exists in County Derry, its number 11 at this link :

This Blackrock is a townland in County Donegal not Londonderry but is close enough that it probably shouldn't be ruled out yet until 3U posts more details about the Turner family.

Well spotted aghadowey. It is indeed in County Donegal. I had a problem getting my thoughts from my brain to my fingers, lol. Sorry for any confusion caused.
I agree, more details are needed of the Turner family.

Yes, Otto, probably best to wait for details of Turner family before looking any further.

A bit of information to start with:
1910 Ulster Directory- W. Turner, Allan Bros. (Allan Line and State Line) Foyle St. Londonderry

John Turner and Mary Allen had:
1. Walter Albert Turner born 1 Nov.1864 Londonderry, Londonderry
2. Agnes born 3 Oct.1866 Londonderry, Londonderry
3. Charles born 31 Oct.1867 Co.Londonderry
4. Agnes Ethel born 13 Oct.1868 Londonderry, Londonderry
5. Henry Herbett [Herbert?] born 2 Sept.1871 Co.Londonderry

If mother was Allan that would explain his employment with Allan Line.
