Richards of Carmarthenshire

Hi there,
Had a break, on a new trail.
Looking for William Richards born Llanelly Carmarthenshire abt. 1838-40. Married Ann Davies (Anne Davis) not sure when. First child born abt. 1867 John, Mary Ann born 31 Aug 1869, Daniel abt. 1873.  Ann born abt. 1840-46 Llanslamet Glamorgan.
Thought I had marriage in 1860 but on requesting cert. William & Ann on GRO but not married to each other.
Have details of 1861 &71 Census but that about all.  Have more details on Mary Ann my Great G/Mother.
Richards arrived Qld. Aus 1879 aboard Scottish Hero.  Lived Randwick NSW.  Mary married a Gadd in Aus.
If William & Ann ring a bell in someones family, I would be grateful to here from you.

this is the only anne davies that falls within the age range and birthplace that i could find.

Hiya both have found another possible in 1861, in 1871 Williams profession is a Mason so that fits with family below,

We really need William Richards marriage cert to confirm his and Anns Fathers names and occupations.Will look later,As Ann was born Glamorgan and they lived there in 1871.will look there first .

Possible marriage
William Richards to Anne Davies in Qtr June 1864 in Neath Vol 11a Page 736

Llansamlet came under the Neath district until 1876 when transfered to Swansea.So a possible as Ann was born in Llansamlet.

To everyone who offered info, thought I'd let you know that I pin-pointed William (31 it's a bit hard to read.)with wife Anne (25)  and two children John (4) Mary Ann (1) on 1871 census in Port Tennant Swansea. By the way 'Welsh Lady ' William's occupation was a stonemason so perhaps your 1861/71 census maybe worth looking at although William's age is out..

The William & Anne I found in 1861 census ages are out by a couple of years and William not stonemason (railway & dorn constable) whatever that is, although born Carm. different place Llangunor. Anne stated as born in Llandilo Carm.   So I would seem to go for the above family.
