Broughton family - Tasker

I am looking for the family of James Tasker who may have been born in Broughton Oxfordshire.  I have been contacted by a real live direct descendant whose information has lead me to believe that the family come from Broughton either in Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire.  James' parents are quite possibly William Tasker and Anne Busbey married at Broughton in 1778.  Apparently Broughton is very close to Banbury.
If anyone has time to do a lookup I would appreciate any information that can be found on the family especially James' birth and marriage.    There are 3 native places given for James and I am grasping at straws trying to work out which one it may be.  James' death certificate in Oz does not list his parents names.

You don't say when James was born?
The only James Tasker in the Banbury area in 1861 was aged 25, a spirit merchant married to Ann (34), a dressmaker - both born in Banbury.
