Could someone darken and enlarge this photo please
« on: Thursday 31 January 08 08:41 GMT (UK) »
Hello, this is my first request at this. I've recently been sent a photo of my ggg grandmother and would love to put it on my tribalpages site however I can't seem to get it any bigger or darker. Can anyone help?

Thanks so much

Hello Maria,

I have had a go at your photo , but for future reference , trying scanning at 300 ppi or more and only select the photo not the whole scanner bed. You can have up to a 500k file.

Hi Maria, lovely photo but it's squooshed :P Do you have the original or were you emailed the scan?

If you have the actual poto, there's a scanning tutorial at the top of the board...click on Scanning and Posting Images, then choose Cazza's Scanning Tutorial which is very helpful.
