  iam putting a call out to see if any one can find my fathers cousin his name is graham gimson he was born in coalville or swannington .he was some thing to do with airports in america housten or some where .we would like to find him .i dont have any birth cert for him .he seems to have done well for himself.

Do you think he may have come back to England?
Loking at the IGI there are lots of Gimsons who lived in the following areas:
Leicester
Hathern
Loughborough
Shepshed
Know this is very vague, but it gives you some areas to start a search.
Without knowing his age it's difficult to know a direction to point you for finding information.
Might be worth contacting Coalville library - they will have local phone books, electoral information, etc.
When I was growing up there were a couple of shops in Beeston, Nottinghamshire - family businesses - sold everything from household fabrics to pots and pans. the shops closed down about 15 years ago.
Whether their origins were Leicestershire I don't know, but the family were well known in Beeston - and Beeston is travelling distance to East Midlands.
Would love to help, but difficult without the information to know where to start.

If he still living then Rootschat is not really the place to be searching for him.

Can we rewind to your first post and ask you to start again making it very clear a) WHO you are interested in (as I understand that it is not Graham Gimson as in the heading, but a Graham Gibson b) what you have on him already including dates even if approximate c) what you are wanting someone to look up for you.

I have tried to help you on several posts, but to be honest am finding them increasingly difficult to understand!!
