Strange that they seem to moving around so much... Dysart, Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy... and William Lees in Perth barracks?
Does anyone know what this might mean?

Also the ages for Thomas and Christina seem to be quite off. Any ideas on how to confirm that kind of thing without wasting a credits? I'm already off to a fine start with that...

Here are results from a census search that led nowhere:

I wouldn't worry too much about ages, especially when censuses are involved. People didn't worry as much about being precise as we are now and their ages can differ greatly every 10 years. I would purchase Thomas and Christina's marriage certificate from SP, to get their parents' names. Then you can search for births (and therefore, correct ages) using FamilySearch. :)

The IGI shows a marriage for Christian McEwan to Thomas Lees (1st September 1873 in Dysart, Fife).

It is much too late and I have to get up early tomorrow, but here is the marriage certificate of Thomas and Christina. It is of even poorer quality than the previous scan, though it is however, more legible.

I really don't seem to be getting any luck.
Parents of Thomas Lees:
Oliver Lees
Isabella Waldie?

Nothing at all on IGI on Oliver Lees and Isabella...

Also, Thomas Lees is 21 in 1873, so he is born around 1852. However there are no marriages for an Oliver Lees in the records for that time. There is one marriage after 1855 but it's not with an Isabella, and not even in Fife...

I think some of these are related?

1881 LEES ISABELLA F DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0349 (likely daughter of Thomas Lees)
1884 LEES WILLIAM M DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0273 (possibly son of Thomas Lees, though the years are slightly off)
1903 LEES CHRISTINA MCEWA F DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0468 (likely a grandaughter of Thomas Lees)
1903 LEES CHRISTINA MCEWA F KIRKCALDY AND ABBOTSHALL /FIFE 442/00 0221 (another grandaughter of Thomas Lees?)
1906 LEES THOMASINA HUNTE F DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0168 (possibly a daughter of John Hunter Lees)
1908 LEES JOHN HUNTER M DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0350 (possibly a son of John Hunter Lees)
1919 LEES DAVID M DYSART /FIFE 426/00 0403 (definately my grandfather)
1924 LEES OLIVER MCEWAN M KIRKCALDY /FIFE 442/00 0530  (likely a grandson of Thomas Lees)
1921 LEES THOMAS MCEWAN M KIRKCALDY /FIFE 442/00 0731 (likely a grandson of Thomas Lees)
1925 LEES WILLIAM MCEWAN M KIRKCALDY /FIFE 442/00 0727 (likely a grandson of Thomas Lees)

I know that my grandfather had two brother called William and Thomas, and a sister either called or nicknamed June. It seems like those last two may be the two brothers.
I did find a June also but I doubt it is her because her mother would have to be have been 42:
1932 LEES IAN JUNE F KIRKCALDY /FIFE 442/00 0476

Also possible brothers:
1914 LEES THOMAS M KIRKCALDY AND ABBOTSHALL /FIFE 442/00 0218
1921 LEES WILLIAM M KIRKCALDY /FIFE 442/00 0666

Is there a way to confirm the siblings without purchasing each of their birth certificates?

Hi Tunjilees

In the absence of anyone here in RootsChat actually recognising the family and the names, given the period you are in, there really is no way of verifying the siblings without viewing/purchasing the birth certs.  I don't know where you are based but if Edinburgh is accessible, you can view the details of these certs. at New Register House (or maybe arrange for someone to do this on your behalf).

Regards.

From the 1861 census, it looks like Oliver Lees may have died and Isabella has remarried:

John Hunter 25, Gas Work Labourer, b. Ross Hill, Perthshire
Isabella Hunter 28, b. St Cuthbert, Edinburgh
Oliver Lees 13, b. Church, Twn, (Edinburgh?)
Thomas Lees 8, b. Church, Twn, (Edinburgh?)
Elsia Hunter 2, b. Church, Twn, (Edinburgh?)

Address: 268 Cannongate Hapes Land, Canongate, Edinburgh Old Church

The marriage:

JOHN HUNTER  Marriages: ISABELLA WALDIE
Marriage:  13 DEC 1859  Edinburgh Parish, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland

I don't understand why he isn't on the IGI...
