I've been looking for my Irish ancestors for years and have discovered so much... But have come across a bit of a blank wall.
My 'Manning' Gt grandparents came from Wilmount, Co. Meath and had six children.
My Grandmother, Ellen, was the eldest of six children of Bryan Manning and Ellen Dolan (Doolan) who lived in Wilmount, Co. Meath.
The youngest of the six children was Laurence John Manning b 1869 in Wilmount.
On 31 Aug 1898 he married Mary Jane Lawless in Carnaross. They moved to Glasgow and had at least 5 children while they lived there from c1899 - c1907.
After this, the family moved back to Whitecommons, Nr Kells, Co. Meath.
I wonder if anyone can help me identify the names (and, hopefully the dates) of any further children who may have been born to this couple while they lived in Whitecommons?
I would be very grateful for any information, names or D.O.B. on any of the children born in Ireland.
