I am searching for:

Mr. ? Kennedy Married to Helen Kennedy,
I know of one daughter Jemima Kennedy, around 1850.
Any information would be very much appreciated.

Hi

There appears to be only one Jemima Kennedy in the census records born around 1850 - that was in Rattray, Perth and there is no connection to a Helen.
Jemima is not a common name but you need to supply more information - what facts do you have?
