Help Decoding Place Name Please

Could someone please help to decode this place name for me.... (sorry it's rather wide !)

It's supposed to be in Hertfordshire, but Beds is crossed out......

Edited now to just include the name in question.....

It looks like 12 Princess St to me.

It looks like 12 Princess St to me.

Sorry, I wasn't clear, I meant the place of birth (the box on the right ?)

It looks like Birch Wood; there is a Birch Wood just north of Borehamwood and a Birchwood northeast of Bishop's Stortford, both in Herts.

Hi again - just found her in the 1861 census, and she is now down as being born in Luton, so I'm none the wiser  :)

It says Breachwood Grn short for Breachwood Green.  A small village about 5-6 miles south of Hitchin and within a couple of miles of Bedfordshire border, quite near to Luton.
