I'm fine thank you.   Do you have the marriage certifcate which should show her stated age?   That would give you an idea of when she was born.

Have you found her on any census?   If so does her birthplace stay the same?

With a birthplace and an approximate year of birth, her birth registration can then be looked for.

  :)i have found two but still not sure they are from northampton one in 1861 age 10.
and the other one in 1854 in oadby age 17

  :)no not yet i only found her tonight i was looking at the deacon family and put in elizabeth hurst and it came up not been able to find much else on her i might try bmd and then tomorrow send for it .

Hi Danone,

Elizabeth's marriage certificate should also show the name and occupation of her father; using those details you should be able to find her in a census.
