Hello Binky & Chewy,

I have further information regarding the chapels near Great Thornton Street.

There were also two Lutheran churches very close to Great Thornton Street; one German, the other Danish.

I thought that you may find this information intriguing, since you stated that your ancestor could have been of German or Danish descent.

Best wishes,
Sgt Tollers

Hi Binky and Chewy

Did your Albert Charles Kadansky marry a Jane Bayley - she was my first cousin three times removed?

Thank you for your helpful information and insights.  I've not been in a position to move my research forward since 2005 - hopefully back on it soon.  I did visit Hull for the first time last year and stood where the chapel would have been on Great Thornton Street - all modern housing now.
