Anybody in Houghton Regis?

I'm having trouble finding a couple of places I'm interested in...they don't show on Old-Maps' version of the area and seem to have vanished. But the places may be still there, although the names have gone...

Town Street
Holly Yard
Bidwell. It's still there, and pretty upmarket it seems. But in 1880 and 1890, where would the residences have been? No address beyond "Bidwell" is shown on the censuses and the death cert.
