The house at this link is possibly named as it is located in the old townland, may be worth contacting the site to ask for definite location here is the link

Wolf Island can be seen on this map. The area circled in red is on or near Fallahogy Road.

You do seem to have right general area, but this map, which often shows old townland name, doesn't seem to have Fallahogy (albeit it was a townland).

OSNI Mapshop (open 9:15 to 13 30) at Colby House, Stranmillis Court, Belfast - 028 9025 5769 may still have 1974 electoral map of the area, which shows townlands with existing roads etc..price about £9.
I found them excellent.

Hope it goes well, especially as they are local architects and may just have some old maps around.

in south west of parish (west of Lislea, north of Moyagoney, on east boundary pf Tamlaght O'Crilly parish), Mercers land (name comes from enclosures made of turf sods for protection of cattle in time of war).
