please can a census look up be check for David Richardson his wife Mary nee Ballantyne children James b1867 Lochmaben and Thomas b1869 also Lochmaben. thanks any help appreciated

You haven't given any details of either David or Mary's birthplace/birthyear

There are 2 David Richardsons in Lochmaben - both with a wife called Mary

According to the transcriptions

David Richardson 41  b St Mungo
Mary Richardson 31  b Renlad Lanark
Thomas Richardson 4  Lochmaben
Thomas Richardson 1  Lochmaben

Unfortunately - the Scottish census images are not available for viewing so I can't check whether Thomas aged 1 is really James

The other David Richardson is aged 43 b Lochmaben and has 8 children - James is 3 but Thomas is 11
