Helena putz was still single in 1925 when attending her brother in laws funeral in Dublin. William bailey (Florence's tackaberry wood' husband.) so don't think she ever married.

Hi All,

For your information Richard Hand Wood and Elizabeth Tackaberry (Putz) Wood had 6 children. 3 boys, 3 girls. I am missing what became of their last son William Noble Wood, who I believe went to Canada. Any info. here gratefully received.
Elizabeth in her first marriage to Robert Putz had a daughter Helena, born c1865 in Dusseldorf, Staat Rheinland, Prussia to Robert Puetz and Elizabeth Takaberg.
Family Search, Germany Births and Baptisms 1558- 1898
Take note of spelling of Puetz and Tackaberg -a transcription error I would guess.

But the dates etc correspond with 1901 England Census which says Helena was born Germany, but a naturalised British Subject.
She died on 19/03/1954 at Bex-hill on Sea, Sussex, England. She was a nurse.
Hope this helps,
Joanne.
