Interesting difference  with  Sarah's  ages 

by  the NSW  death  informtion  whe was  65  in  1927 making her birth 1862c

by   the Rookwood  information  she was aged  72  in  1927  making her birth 155c

Perhaps  a copy  of  a  certificate may  be able  to  help?

using a transcription  aget  is a  lot  cheaper and  usually a  good  deal quicker,  they  also  do transcripts  from  the State records Office  .
