WOWEEEE

Fantastic information gadget, well done.

Maybe then the kids I listed were of the same family as they were all born after the marriage, and the sarah duplicate because the first one died.

William 51 fitted because of his birth date, and I can't find Joshua and Jane. Joshua should have been easy, even if transcribed wrong (Josuah). But I had no luck.

Does this mean, by way of your welcome, that the Parry/Roberts searches are easy ;)

Hi,
I have looked at the death you gave for Susannah Williams and there are also ones for 1839, 1847 and 1850 on ukbmd, for Ruabon Wrexham, as well as later ones on GRO. How do I know which is the right one as they don't list ages?
It doesn't get easier does it ???

It did in my records, sigrid, and some of them are very young - the parish records record 'infant' , aged 16, etc. the 1844 one was the only one that fitted from the parish records right through from 1790-ish.

I then went to the BMD records to find the ref - not the other way  :) :)

Roberts and Parrys - not easy - just that you share the surnames with a certain person  8) 8) 8)

Hi Gadget

apologies... you have the advantage as you have the parish records. I did read Susannah's death in your reply, but when I came to look again, my eyes just wouldn't find the info! That's why I was puzzled about how you knew her right death.

Again the advantage is yours, as I have only just hit on the Parry's grand entrance in my family.

Hi sigrid

I can't see a baptism for a Susannah Parry in either Ruabon or Chirk. As they seemed to be in the Rhos/Morton Above area, she might well have been from one of the adjoining parishes. I'll check Llangollen but she could be Minera, Wrexham, Llandegla, etc.

I wonder if, Paul, our resident Records office visitor might be able to find the baptism of a Susannah/Susan Parry circa 1756.
