Hello again Janice, Grandmother Anne Matilda Knight`s maiden name was Gallagher, her father was James Gallagher and her mother was Anne Crowcock from Co Meath Ireland. I have her birth record and also A R Knight`s b record as well as their marriage and his military and death records. Grandmother corresponded with a "Flossie"Anderson in Canada after she came to the US as a widow. I`m trying to find out who this was. I will work on all your helpful suggestions re Canadian websites and see what developes. Oh and I do have their emigration records to Canada. Thank you ever so much for all your help. I will let you know how I make out.
