John Davies [death 1839]

I have the death of a John  Davies aged 39yrs in 1839. The place of death is Nantyfuwch. Which parish or chapel please would I need to  see if there is a record  in the parish register and if possible where John Davies might be buried. Believe his widow's name might be Mary. Thank you. Eirwen.
