Can any one please tell me is there any way i can find out what ship people went to canada in 1860s from jedburgh scotland,

Ancestry also has passenger lists and Find My Past has them from 1890, which is too late for you.

the Canadian national archives in ottawa  hold much of the immigration data. go to www.collectionsanada.ca/genealogy and follow the links for immigration. all you need are names and approx. date and that should bring up the answer.
