Harkin/McCallion marriage please

Is this my 3x grandfather James Harkin married Bridget Quigley 21/5/1865 Ballyliffin .
 I  hope i can use this record according to Clonmany marriage record's

After trying to track down the McCallion's side without to much luck.
I tried the desperate measure and used the phone directory, success at last the family member does not have a computer so would never made contact.
So with all the infomation with common family first names etc & area the family lived in i give a long shot,  but it does help not being a large town

I have just found out James Harkins 1890 ! god parents were Neal & Cassie McCallion are they brother & sister or married ?
