Still can't see the John Billing / Miss Power/s marriage. Maybe they were married in Ireland  :-\

This is possibly Annie's second marriage:

If so, John must have died before Jun 1919.
There is a death for a John Billings in the previous quarter, but he seems a tad old  :P
