lloyds in ellsmere

can anyone find a birth for samuel lloyd around 1800 on one census it says born chester but on another says born ellesmere i have looked on the igi but canot find anything.

Is it the Samuel Lloyd who lived in Liverpool mostly,and maybe a Prisoner and Inmate on two Census years?

hi , he was a prisoner in 1851 ..i managed to find him .1841/51 but nothing before or after
