" MOSLEY" SHEFFIELD - trying to put the jigsaw together. Please help.

I was fortunate recently to be helped along the way with my Mosley relatives on this forum. I have a query now.

I am trying to find the parents of John Mosley of Sheffield born 1815.
Also I am trying to determine the children of the same John who married Ann Wilson born 1815.

I already have John and Ann in the 1841, 51, and 61 census with their sons William Henry b. 1838 and Edward b.1841.
However in 1881 I find a John widowed aged 65 with 2 children George aged 22 edge tool maker and Sophia 23 years Dressmaker.
My question here is could this be the same John as in the earlier census's because if this is the case he had 2 more children ie
William Henry, Edward  but also George and Sophia.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I have checked through the census and I can find this John Mosley with his two children and wife Jane right back to the 1861 census. 

Since according to your other posting regarding John born circa 1815 that you arleady have in the 1861 with son William Henry (your connection) I can say that this is not the same man.
