Good find dee!  :)

Found this on the following web page. Seems to have lots of information.
It is a Madden family site but it does mention that Bridelia was married to Robert Underwood.

Bridelia Madden, born 04 Jul 1880 in Adavale, Queensland, Australia; died 07 Jul 1968 in Brighton, Queensland, Australia.

(Bridelia's sister is listed as having died in Eventide,Brighton,Queensland.)

Well BISA has that Robert Underdown married October 1852 in Adelaide SA to Elizabeth Ann nee McBROOM.

I have tried every way of searching I can....even just the two names of Robert and Elizabeth......and no marriage appears in SA records!  >:(

There is a marriage in September 1852 for an Elizabeth McBroom....to a William Heard! No parents listed. Helpful that!

Will check if they had any children....wonder if it could be a mistranscription?

dee

Can I just ask you why a birth would be on Victorian records
when she was born in Adelaide?

Is it on the SA records too?
