I can't find any sign of John or his dad William I'm afraid.

I presume you have Sarah in 1871? I thought John might be nearby.

To follow on from Pauline's find of the mysterious Christina.

There is a marriage in March 1867 in Westminster of a Christina Isabella COLLISON and a choice of two men  :o William Johnson or Willaim Weeks and I think we know which one she married ,don't we.

Do we think that she may have been Sarah's sister...or aunt?

Yes I knew her name was Collison, but I tried Sarah and just Col* and born Ratcliff and this one seemed most likely.

There's an 8 year old Sarah A Collison living in Ratcliff in 1861 with father Peter and mother Dinah at RG9/284 folio 68 page 29.

I'll type it all out if we find out if her dad IS Peter.

Carol

PS Ahhh I see one of her kids was named Peter ;)
