A quick try.
POSTEES: If possible, PLEASE, scan your images at 300 - 600 dpi, for both ease of restoration and best results
RESTORERS: Feel free to change/improve/colour any restorations posted by myself.  Acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Can you resubmit the second one (on a new thread) at between 300 to 600 dpi if you want to get any worthwhile improvemnt on it
