Woodbrook House - Hyde

Hi Guys

Can anyone help me with working out where this house was please?

In the 1921 BT directory my grandfather's uncle Philip Marshall was down as living at Woodbrook House, Hyde, Phone - 132. Any ideas what part of Hyde this was?

Any help is much appreciated!
