Still don't know whether to be elated or depressed, I,ve just been given access to a tree which takes the line back to 1600 in that area.Still....... lots of follow up research to be done

Have just commenced my Woolley family history. 
Am trying to track an Archibald Woolley, listed on my fathers (Norman Woolley) birth certificate 26.6.36.  Archibald is listed as Master Jeweller on my fathers birth certificate, but Watch & Clock Repairer on my fathers marriage certificate in 1960, and also deceased.
My fathers parents (Archibald Woolley & Emma Jane Shaw) never married.
We immigrated to Australia from the UK in 1966, my father has since passed away and have only now decided to trace our heritage ...
Do u have any information on the Woolley family from this area?
