Hello

I was wondering if somebody could do me a favour and see if they can find a Charles Rosenthall on the 1901 census.
He should be age 5-6 and living in hull (myton)

I would love to know who he lives with and his parents names and occupations.

Any help would be great

Thankyou very much for that. does that mean that charles parents were from poland?
I know rosenthall is a jewish name.

it looks that way - I'll look for them on a previous census and see what it gives as p.o.b.

I just wonder how to go about reseraching russian/polish ancestors.

Whats strange in 1881 if you dont mind me asking?

1881 -what looks like the same family - but wife is Annie and son Harry seems to be daughter Alice?
also Louis(lewis) is a year older than he was n 1891

lewis Rosenthall head m 37 Cabinet maker Poland
Annie wife 27 poland
Sophia daughter 6 Manchester lancs
Alice daughter 4 Manchester Lancs
Moses son 4 mths
RG11 4004 122 19

Looking at the p.o.b. of children in 1891 -it would seem likely in 1881 they were in Manchester
